Furniture, boxes of household items and general clutter are good starting points for an inquiry. An item appearing here is not a promise that every size, condition or location can be accepted.
Send an item list, quantities and useful dimensions. Photos of the items and the route out help us check handling needs. You can submit without photos and send them later.
Tell us about stairs, tight doorways, parking, carry distance, fragile pieces and anything unusually heavy. We confirm the crew, equipment and handling plan for the actual job.

Please flag chemicals, liquids, batteries, tires, refrigerant appliances, electronics, sharp objects, dense debris or pest-exposed items. These need item-specific handling and destination checks; do not assume acceptance.
We do not routinely accept hazardous waste, medical or biohazard materials, asbestos, fuel or pressurized containers. Demolition, construction work and specialist lifting are outside the current offer. If an item is unsafe or its contents are unknown, leave it in place and explain the situation.
Only the items specifically agreed for removal may be taken. Donation depends on condition, ownership permission and an accepting destination. Donation acceptance, tax receipts and resale proceeds are not guaranteed.

If rental or other pre-job costs need advance funding, the amount, verified payment method and cancellation/refund terms are explained before you pay. Changes are reviewed before extra work.
